RETURNS FROM WITHIN UK
You have 28 days from the date the goods are received to return any items as long as they are in a saleable condition and all labels are attached and not removed. You will receive with your order a FREE POST returns label and all necessary paperwork. For exchanges we ask that you place a new order and return back to us the unwanted item(s).
Internet purchases cannot be returned to a store!
If you would like to return an item(s), for whatever reason, you may do so provided we receive the goods within 28 days after the day you received them. The returned items must be unworn, not soiled and in a saleable condition. A FREE POST returns label and Returns Form will be included in with your order. Please use the FREE POST returns label on the outside of the package when returning goods at your local Royal Mail Post Office. You may wish to upgrade your return to a Special Service to cover the cost of your items in the event of the parcel being lost or stolen; this can be done at the post office.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any item, which has been altered, to your specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after you have received the item.
Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition. We cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our Warehouse.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE UK
Please return the goods via your local postal service and we shall reimburse you with the original costs of posting. In both cases please ensure that you complete the returns form enclosed with your parcel and make sure that you obtain a certificate of posting from your post office. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us if you do not have a certificate of posting.
In both of the above cases, please ensure that you complete the returns form and include it when returning.
